About Tom
Tom is an Associate in the Construction Group in Melbourne. He has over six years’ experience advising on corporate compliance, commercial transactions, and front-end construction matters. Tom has particular experience in working with contractors operating in rural and remote areas of Australia.
After admission to practice Tom worked as a solicitor in Melbourne for a year with a focus on foreign investment and commercial transactions. Tom then spent the next five years in the Northern Territory advising contractors, local companies, not-for-profits, and indigenous corporations on a wide range of commercial transactions, corporate structure advice and front-end construction matters. He has particularly strong experience working with indigenous corporations and subcontractors working on Defence contracts.
