About Tighe
Tighe Whelan is a legal director in our Perth office. He specialises in critical project development and operation arrangements for large scale infrastructure and energy and resources projects. He has a deep understanding of the complexity and commercial drivers of major projects, which he has developed through acting on more than 50 high-profile investments and projects in Australia on behalf of major Australian and global corporations.
Tighe advises on joint ventures and alliances, multi-user infrastructure developments and access, tenure arrangements, complex life-of-project service and supply arrangements, transport and logistics services, procurement programs, offtakes, general commercial transactions, and private M&A.
