About Taylor

Taylor is an Associate in the Aerospace team based in Sydney. He specializes in handling liability claims and has a particular focus on coverage, fatal accident/injury claims, property damage, helicopter and aircraft claims. He has experience across a broad range of claims, acting for airlines, private and commercial operators (such as aerial surveying, aerial culling, skydiving, sightseeing and charter), maintenance organisations, hangar keepers and ground handlers.

Since 2018, Taylor has specialised in aviation, commercial insurance and litigation. He has also practised for a number of years in the United Kingdom with our London team and continues to contribute to the global offering of the Aerospace team. In addition to aviation, he has experience acting in a number of defendant insurance based claims that involved a range of issues, such as workers’ compensation, public liability and the assessment of damages. Early in his career, he completed two secondments within the liability teams of Insurance Australia Group and QBE Insurance (Australia) Ltd respectively. His experience to date has established his strong commitment to developing a team-based approach with insurers, insureds, brokers and claims managers to resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner.
