About Tanya

Tanya is a disputes lawyer who advises on complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes. Tanya’s practice largely focuses on renewable energy projects and she has particular experience and expertise in Energy from Waste and Offshore Wind sectors.  A large proportion of Tanya’s work involves complex process plant and engineering. Tanya also has global infrastructure experience having worked on disputes concerning oil pipelines, utilities, runways, roads and rail projects. 

Tanya has vast experience in international, cross-border disputes. She has advised on projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Caribbean. Her international arbitration experience includes working under major international rules including ICC, LCIA, AAA and DIS. Tanya also has experience of claims against Governments and States under international Bilateral Investment Treaties.

Domestically, Tanya acts on challenging projects and advises clients on Technology & Construction Court and Court of Appeal litigation. She has also handled numerous adjudications.
