Tamara is an Associate in HFW’s Construction team at HFW, specialising in both dispute resolution and avoidance, as well as non-contentious construction work.

She has experience across a range of sectors, including offshore construction, renewable energy (including offshore wind), rail, water, tunnelling, nuclear, and residential developments.

Tamara’s experience encompasses the full lifecycle of construction projects, from advising on the drafting and negotiation of contracts, to live project advice and dispute resolution. She has experience with all major forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration, adjudication, mediation, expert determination, and litigation.

She advises contractors, subcontractors, employers, consultants, and government bodies, supporting clients on a wide range of domestic and international projects.

Tamara is an Australian-qualified legal practitioner.
