Stavroula’s practice focuses on non-contentious work and financing arrangements. She has experience of documenting ship financing, lease financing and refinancing arrangements and newbuilding and second hand ship sale and purchase contracts.

She advises on shipping and trade transactions, assists in the preparation of loan and security documentation in bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, mostly acting for major Greek and foreign lenders, and also in respect of shipping loans’ restructuring, sale and purchase of ships and deposit and closing arrangements.
