Simon Petch is a Partner in HFW’s Shipping team, specialising in finance and non-contentious operational cases.
Simon advises banks and other financiers, owners and operators, and other sector participants on all aspects of maritime asset finance, security, sale and purchase, shipbuilding and conversion contracts, chartering, and vessel management. He has also been involved on a number of high-profile public offerings, mergers and acquisition, and other corporate matters and work-out transactions.
Simon is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
