About Samantha

Samantha is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Construction team. She has practised in construction law for over nine years, with a focus on commercial dispute resolution. She acts on complex and technically challenging cases and is experienced in large-scale adjudication, arbitration and court litigation.

Samantha’s advisory work has included assisting developers, contractors and subcontractors with project delivery, risk management and dispute resolution. She has a particular interest in delay and disruption claims, including disputes involving programming and delay analysis.

Samantha is committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for her clients by providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s needs across all stages of a project or dispute.

Samantha is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Society of Construction Law Australia and the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
