Salman is an Associate in HFW’s Dubai office, specialising in corporate and commercial law with a focus on corporate structuring, commercial drafting, franchise law, regulatory compliance, and commercial agency matters.
He has over five years of experience at a leading regional law firm in Saudi Arabia and has advised Fortune 500 companies and foreign investors on market entry into the UAE and KSA. Salman has acted for major international retail brands on anti-money laundering compliance and asset freeze regulations. He has led mandates in cross border transactions, M&A, the KSA Commercial Agency Law, and corporate restructurings. Notably, he played a key role in advising a globally renowned car manufacturer on its joint venture with Saudi distributors.
Salman is fluent in English and Arabic.
