Robert’s practice focuses primarily on financial services, markets and products. He advises mainly banks, utilities, energy companies, traders, brokers, investment funds, and exchanges on securities, derivatives and commodities business, and particularly on the impact of financial, energy and other regulation. Robert also advises on investment funds and Islamic finance and establishing investment vehicles.
Robert’s arrival at HFW was highlighted in Chambers UK 2013 as “adding considerable weight to the firm’s derivatives offering”. Sources confirm that he is “one of the standout names in derivatives and commodities”.
Robert is qualified in England and Wales.
