Richard Rowlatt
About Richard
Richard is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Construction team, specialising in dispute resolution and avoidance.
He has advised in relation to a large number of disputes over engineering, delay and valuation issues. Richard has extensive experience of dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration, litigation (in the English High Court and Court of Appeal), adjudication and mediation. He has acted for contractors, sub-contractors, and employers on a range of projects. He also has experience of advisory and non-contentious work.
Richard has a particular focus on renewable energy projects, including offshore wind.
He is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society.
