About Rhys
Rhys advises on international commercial disputes, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance coverage and liability. He has experience across several insurance lines of business, including casualty/property, business interruption, marine, trade credit and professional indemnity.
Rhys spent nine months on secondment to a multi-national insurance company where he worked as a technical property claims handler and managed his own caseload. He has also spent six months working with HFW’s insurance team in Dubai.
Alongside insurance, Rhys trained within HFW’s shipping and general commercial litigation teams, providing a broad range of experience in both English High Court and international arbitration disputes.
Rhys is qualified in England and Wales.
