About Phillip

Phillip is a senior practitioner, with 11 years of experience working on a variety of insurance matters.

During his career, Phillip has acted for the following insurer clients: CGU, QBE, Allianz, Swiss Re, AXA XL, Suncorp, MIGA, Avant, QBE 386, and Argo. He has also acted for a variety of private clients, most notably in the construction/architectural space.

As his career has developed, Phillip has developed a particular focus on:

  • Insurance and reinsurance claims monitoring coverage, particularly excess of loss and financial lines claims;
  • First party loss claims; and
  • Professional negligence matters, particularly those with a construction element.
