Peter is an associate based in our Perth office. Peter has over two years of experience in advising on corporate and commercial matters, specialising in the resources and infrastructure sectors in Western Australia.
His corporate expertise spans a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital raisings and general corporate compliance with a focus on adherence to the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and other corporate regulations.
Peter has played a role in drafting and reviewing various commercial project agreements including port construction agreements, mining joint ventures, mineral sharing agreements, and land access and compensation agreements.
