Pearl is an associate in the Shipping team based in Hong Kong. She has experience in advising all aspects of insurance litigation including policy-related issues and defending claims involving employees’ compensation, public liability, contractors’ all risk and motor liability. Pearl has represented and defended transport companies, construction companies and premises’ occupiers in cases involving catastrophic and high-profile accidents.
Pearl has a particularly strong insurers focus, advising insurers on the interpretation and construction of policy terms, repudiation of policy liability and claims settlement. She leverages her negotiations skills to achieve expeditious out-of-court solutions and brings pragmatic and effective approach for dispute resolution.
