Paul is a Partner in the Aerospace team.

Paul has extensive experience advising insurers on major airline losses and coverage disputes across multiple jurisdictions, including foreign carrier accidents in Europe and the United States.

He acts for airlines, manufacturers, and airport service providers, and has particular expertise in emerging aviation risks, including UAVs and claims arising from the Russia–Ukraine conflict. Paul also handles general aviation accidents in Asia and complex sports liability claims in Europe.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Paul worked for seven years as an Aviation Lloyd’s Placing Broker at Aon Limited, placing major airline and general aviation programmes.

He is a regular speaker and panellist at industry events, including the WTW Airport Conference (Lisbon), IATA’s Cargo Symposium and RIM Conference (London), and the Emergency Response Forum (Geneva).
