Oliver is a Partner in HFW’s Aerospace team, specialising in aviation finance transactions.
He advises financiers, aircraft owners and operators on cross-border financing, leasing, regulatory matters and aircraft sale and purchase transactions, with particular expertise in the corporate jet and helicopter markets and assists clients with contentious issues and enforcement scenarios.
Oliver has a market-leading reputation in business aviation and helicopters, acting on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and delivering commercially driven solutions. He spent a decade based in Dubai and continues to advise on transactions across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, with deep knowledge of regional markets and key participants.
