About Noora
Noora is an Associate in HFW’s Construction team. She has experience across both front-end advisory and back-end disputes, and predominantly advises on major infrastructure projects.
Noora has a strong focus on large-scale technical disputes, particularly arising out of significant transport and civil works. Her work on these cases has involved navigating highly technical engineering issues, including those related to tunnelling and bridge projects.
Noora also has experience in advising owners and contractors as they navigate project commencement and delivery and has assisted clients in preparing contracts and carrying out contract risk analysis.
