Nicholas is a dual-qualified Associate in HFW’s Construction team, admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales and as an Attorney in South Africa. He advises clients on dispute resolution and avoidance across a range of forums, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and mediation.

Nicholas has experience acting for main contractors, sub-contractors, professional consultants, and employers on complex disputes arising from large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. His work spans sectors including transport and energy with experience in projects such as bridges, offshore wind farms, ports, metro systems, hospitals, and residential developments.

He has advised on matters across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
