About Nicholas
Nicholas is an Associate in HFW’s Property and Real Estate team.
He acts for national and international property developers, investors and financiers on complex facility agreements, property financing and real property transactions. Nicholas has particular experience in preparing and negotiating facility documents for property financing deals, advising on acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial and rural land, corporate structuring, foreign investment and real estate development projects.
