About Nadja

Nadja is an Associate in HFW’s London Commodities team, qualified as an England and Wales solicitor.

Her dispute resolution experience focuses on international arbitration which covers many jurisdictions and includes proceedings governed by institutional rules such as LCIA, ICC, LMAA, DIAC, HKIAC, SIAC and SCMA rules. Her clients include state-owned energy majors, banks and global commodities traders.

She also regularly advises on physical commodity sale and purchase transactions.

Nadja previously worked in several inter-governmental organisations within the UN framework dealing with regulatory issues in the maritime sector including oil spill response.

Nadja has also worked in HFW’s Commodities and Shipping departments at the HFW’s Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Nadja is also fluent in Serbo-Croat.
