About Mitchell
Mitchell is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Construction team, based in Brisbane. Specialising in construction and infrastructure, he advises parties on, drafting and negotiating contracts for construction projects and acting in large scale arbitration and complex security of payment disputes.
He has acted in high value international arbitration proceedings and represented both claimants and respondents in significant adjudications involving disputes exceeding A$100 million. Mitchell also advises on tender preparation for government infrastructure projects and prepares national contract suites, standard form and bespoke project documentation for a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects.
Mitchell works closely with clients and project teams throughout the project lifestyle, providing commercially focused advice grounded in HFW’s sector specialised approach and industry expertise.
