About Missba

Missba specialises in transactional corporate and commercial law, including M&A, joint ventures, company set-ups, sale and purchase of assets across jurisdictions, share transfers and corporate/commercial advisory work. She also regularly advises on employment matters. Missba advises clients across the Middle East.

She has spent time working in the HFW London office, where she began her career, as well as the HFW Dubai office, where she is currently based.

Missba is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales.

Recent work includes:

• Representing a Saudi investment fund acquiring shares in a company providing an online food delivery platform.

• Representing a leading marine organisation in the acquisition of a yacht interior-building company.

• Assisting with the setup of onshore companies as well as offshore companies in the UAE.
