About Megan
Megan is an associate in the Shipping Litigation team in London. She has experience acting for owners, charterers, P&I clubs and shipbrokers on a range of disputes arising from charterparties, bills of lading, fires, collisions and cargo damage, as well as disputes in the offshore and yachting sectors. The majority of Megan’s work involves multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration.
As part of her training, Megan undertook a six-month international secondment to the HFW Monaco office, where she was involved in contentious shipping, international trade and commodities matters. She also spent time in the firm’s Transactional Shipping team, acting on ship sale and purchase deals, including on the sale of vessels declared as constructive total losses following the war in Ukraine, as well as multiple high-value vessel transactions.
Megan is qualified in England and Wales.
