Marni is a Senior Associate in the Commodities Group, specialising in Finance.

Marni has extensive experience representing domestic and foreign entities as borrowers, lenders, and/or agents, in both distressed and non-distressed matters, across a variety of complex financial transactions including debtor-in-possession financing, bridge facilities, syndicated loans, ABLs/revolvers, letters of credit, restructurings and cross-border transactions. Marni’s practice extends across a wide range of industries, including energy, oil and gas, other commodities, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing and crypto.

Prior to Joining HFW, Marni most recently served as general counsel for a global, physical commodities company based in Geneva and before that she worked in finance and financial restructuring in New York.

Marni is qualified in New York and New Jersey, USA.
