Lucy, with over 20 years of professional experience, has been dedicated to dispute resolution and ship finance leasing in the shipping and trading industry.

Her expertise includes shipbuilding and second-hand vessel sale and purchase transactions, ship finance leasing and operational leasing projects, drafting and negotiating all kinds of charterparties (including bareboat charters, time charters, voyage charters, COAs, pool agreements, etc.), as well as dispute resolution in ship finance transactions, MOAs, shipbuilding contracts, charterparties, international trade contracts, and marine insurance disputes.

Lucy is qualified as both an English solicitor and a Chinese lawyer and works fluently in both English and Mandarin. She provides high-quality services to numerous Chinese clients and possesses extensive experience in arbitration proceedings in London, Hong Kong, and Singapore, as well as litigation before the High Court of England and Wales and the Court of Appeal.
