About Lorraine

Lorraine is a senior associate in the Aerospace team in Hong Kong. She qualified in Hong Kong in 2017 and in England and Wales in 2023. She is experienced in assisting airlines, lessors and financial institutions in a variety of commercial aviation matters.

Her key specialties include financing, leasing and trading of commercial aircraft. She has worked on new aircraft acquisitions from OEMs, used aircraft and engine acquisitions, aircraft sale and lease-back arrangements, aircraft operating leases and engine mortgages.

In addition to her broad commercial aircraft experience, she also acts on business jet financing, leasing and sale and purchase transactions.

Prior to joining HFW in 2019, Lorraine was an Associate in the Aviation team of an international law firm in Hong Kong.
