About Jonathan
Jonathan is an Associate in HFW’s Construction team with over six years’ experience in the legal industry and more than three years specialising in construction law.
He is based in our Sydney office and advises on a wide range of contentious cases arising from contractual and construction-related issues. Jonathan has significant experience working on medium and high quantum adjudications, expert determinations, arbitrations and litigation cases. He has acted for a range of Tier 1 and 2 building companies, engineering firms and construction contractors.
Jonathan has construction dispute experience in various Australian jurisdictions including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Western Australia.
Since joining HFW in 2022, Jonathan has built a strong reputation in alternative dispute resolution, earning him recognition as a finalist in the Under 30 ADR Practitioner of the Year category at the 2025 ADR Awards.
