Joanne is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Construction team. Since joining HFW in 2013, Joanne has advised on large infrastructure and engineering disputes both in the UK and internationally. She has particular experience in offshore construction, energy from waste and renewables.  

She advises contractors, employers and subcontractors on large scale projects across a variety of sectors including infrastructure, hydro-electric, oil & gas and offshore construction.

Joanne has experience advising clients in relation to wide range of high-value, complex construction disputes concerning variations, defects, delay and disruption.

She spent six months in HFW’s Singapore office advising on shipbuilding disputes.

Joanne is qualified in England & Wales and is a member of the Adjudication Society and the Society of Construction Law.
