Jessica a Legal Director in HFW’s Shipping Team, based in London.

Jessica has specialised in the transactional side of large yachts and ships for over 15 years. She advises a global client base of shipowners and UHNWI yacht owners, shipyards, financial institutions, brokerage houses and designers on all stages of yacht and ship projects, including construction, refit, sale and purchase, chartering, design, management, crewing and chartering.

Her expertise also includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts for the shipping sector, including BIMCO forms and other shipping industry-standard agreements
