About Janice

Janice advises institutional lessors on cross-border transactions involving commercial aircraft. She has experience in aircraft financing, leasing (including sale and lease-back arrangements, finance leases), trading and JOLCOs. She also advises banks on general banking transactions.

Janice is a dual-qualified lawyer – she was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in 2022 and England and Wales in 2023.

Prior to relocating to Singapore, Janice completed her two-year training in the Hong Kong office in the areas of aviation finance and liability, shipping finance, shipping arbitration and commercial litigation.

Janice is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
