About Henry

Henry is an Associate in HFW’s Construction team, based in the London office. 

Henry works on both contentious and non-contentious cases, with a particular focus on offshore wind and energy projects. He has spent time on secondment with a leading European contractor for offshore wind, where he negotiated contracts for projects in Europe and East Asia.

Henry has experience across a wide variety of dispute resolution procedures, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. He has worked on several high-profile, high-value cases involving multi-jurisdictional legal landscapes and issues. Further, Henry has experience advising clients on the preparation and negotiation of complex EPC contracts, particularly those related to offshore wind projects. 

Henry is qualified in England & Wales, and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
