About Henry
Henry is a Partner in the Shipping team.
He advises on contract terms and disputes under time charterparties and contracts of affreightment, bills of lading, commodities sale and purchase contracts, joint ventures, shipbuilding contracts and MOAs, including general average and jurisdiction whether in Court or arbitration. He recently returned from Hong Kong where his industry focus was on shipowners and operators, traders and container liner operators engaged in China/Asia-Pacific trades, and in particular, cases involving parties based in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
Henry is qualified in England & Wales (1989) and Hong Kong (1997).
