About Erica

Erica read law at the City University of Hong Kong and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree. After completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong in 2005, she studied a Master of Laws (Banking and Finance Law) degree at the University College London. Following that year, Erica enrolled in the programme of Chinese Language and Chinese Studies at the Peking University, Beijing.

Erica joined HFW as a trainee in 2007 and qualified in 2009.

She is primarily involved in corporate and commercial transactional and regulatory works such as merger and acquisition, shareholder agreements, shipping finance, assets finance and general commercial matters. She also has a wealth of experience in cross border transactions including business acquisitions and setting up of joint ventures. On the contentious side, she acts for clients in the field of international commercial litigation with a focus on banking disputes.

Erica is qualified in England and Wales and Hong Kong.
