About Emily
Emily Rigg is a senior associate based in our Perth office. She has almost over a decade of experience in complex, high-value commercial litigation and dispute resolution in the Western Australian Courts, Federal Court of Australia and High Court of Australia.
Emily has a particular focus on disputes in the commercial property and leasing, insolvency and banking, and mining, energy and resources sectors. She has also acted for corporate and Government clients in relation to contractual disputes and disputes involving allegations of misleading or deceptive conduct, ASIC investigations and breaches of directors’ duties. Having been responsible for all aspects of client and matter management in a national practice, Emily brings a pragmatic and commercial approach to managing costs and efficient completion of work effectively for her clients.
