About Eilish
Eilish is an Associate (admitted in England & Wales, not Australia) in HFW’s Aerospace team, based in Sydney. She acts for a variety of clients, including financial institutions, lessors and airlines, in asset and portfolio financing and refinancing (bilateral and syndicated lending), asset sales and purchases, aircraft leasing (operating leases and lease financings) and a range of other transactions. Her main focus is on the aviation and asset finance sectors in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region.
Earlier in her career, Eilish gained significant in-house legal experience in the one of the largest global aircraft lessor’s based in Ireland and went on to strengthen her broad private practice experience in M&A, private equity, banking and asset finance.
Prior to joining HFW, Eilish practised as a lawyer in leading international law firms in Singapore and Ireland and recently completed the Certificate and Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance with The Law Society of Ireland.
Eilish is a dual-qualified solicitor admitted in the Republic of Ireland and England & Wales.
