About Ee

Ee Ling advises banks, financial institutions and ship-owning companies on aspects of loan and security documentation within the maritime sector. She also advises buyers and sellers on ship sale and purchase transactions.

She qualified in England and Wales in 2017 and has completed two client secondments with an international bank in the Shipping and Aviation Finance departments in 2020 and 2021, respectively.

Prior to joining HFW, Ee Ling was an associate in the Singapore office of an international firm in the assets and structured finance team.
