About Dyna
Dyna is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Commodities team, based in Singapore. She advises banks, financial institutions, traders and borrowers on cross-border commodity, trade and structured finance transactions.
She has extensive experience advising on a broad range of financing structures, including prepayment and pre-export financings, inventory and warehouse financings, receivables finance, supply chain finance, commodity repos, risk participations and bilateral and syndicated facilities. She also advises on export credit, forfaiting and digital trade transactions.
Dyna regularly supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from structuring and term sheet negotiations through to documentation and financial close. She is particularly experienced in managing complex cross-border transactions and working closely with business, credit, operations and legal teams to deliver practical and commercially focused solutions.
Having advised many of the world’s leading banks and completed a secondment with a major international bank’s trade finance team, Dyna combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of the commercial and operational considerations that drive successful transactions.
