Daniel is a Senior Associate in HFW’s Construction team, specialising in construction disputes and avoidance.

Daniel is experienced in a range of dispute resolution procedures including arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation. He has worked on infrastructure, oil and gas, offshore wind and other heavy engineering projects. He often works on cases involving complex technical issues.

He has extensive experience of advising contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, employers and insurers on a wide range of projects, both in the UK and internationally. His experience encompasses the full lifecycle of construction projects from advising on the drafting and negotiating of contracts, to live project advice and dispute resolution. He regularly advises clients on complex EPC contracts and ancillary documentation.

Daniel is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
