About Christopher
Christopher sits in the firm’s Shipping Finance Team as a transactional associate advising on commercial and banking transactions in the shipping industry. His work includes advising lenders and borrowers on fleet, yacht and jet financings and re-financings, bridging loans and ECA facilities. Christopher also has extensive experience assisting buyers and sellers with vessel and aircraft sale and purchase transactions.
Outside of advising on financing and sale and purchase transactions, Christopher has provided advice on vessel flagging and classification projects, as well as flag state rules and regulations. Christopher also has experience assisting both vessel charterers and owners in relation to charterparties, ship management agreements and vessel registration.
As a trainee solicitor, Christopher undertook a six month secondment with the firm’s Ship Finance Team in Dubai, during which he assisted with general financing transactions and sale and purchases in the UAE market.
Christopher is qualified in England and Wales.
