About Christophe

Christophe is a Special Counsel in HFW’s Aerospace team, based in the Geneva office.

He advises aviation clients on all kinds of work, with an emphasis on liability, regulations, and employment. Christophe has also gained significant exposure to intellectual property law issues. His expertise further covers regulatory advice under international, EU and Swiss air law in relation to aircraft operations, airworthiness and certification, support in aircraft transactions and the drafting of contractual frameworks, as well as employment law cases. He advises clients in cross-border litigations involving aviation, insurance, and transport disputes.

Christophe is a member of the Swiss Association of Air and Space Law and contributes to the coordination of its space law working group. He holds degrees in political science and law, including an LL.M. in Air & Space Law from McGill University. In addition to his aviation law practice, he has professional experience in international relations, working on space and scientific policy cases.
