About Christian
Christian is a Consultant in HFW’s Corporate and Commercial team, advising a diverse range of clients on complex property transactions and strategic real estate matters. He has particular expertise in advising port and terminal occupiers and owners, as well as businesses in the transport and logistics sectors, on their real estate requirements.
Christian represents investors in both commercial and high-end residential real estate, providing tailored legal guidance to maximise value and mitigate operational risk. He also acts for developers of commercial and mixed-use schemes, advising them throughout the entire project from acquisition to financing through to construction and disposal.
In addition, Christian advises on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring clients achieve commercially advantageous outcomes in lease negotiations. He has extensive experience in providing real estate advice on M&A transactions and real estate finance, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
Christian has acted on projects in the UK, the Middle East and Australia. With a pragmatic and commercially focused approach, Christian is committed to delivering solutions that align with his client’s business objectives.
Christian is qualified in England and Wales, Victoria and New South Wales.
