Christian is a real estate and projects lawyer and has 30 years’ experience of advising a diverse range of clients on complex property transactions and strategic real estate matters. He represents investors in both commercial and high-end residential real estate, providing tailored legal guidance to maximise value and mitigate operational risk. Additionally, he acts for developers of commercial, and mixed-use schemes, assisting them throughout the entire project lifecycle of a project from acquisition to financing, construction, and disposal.
Christian has developed a particular expertise in advising port and terminal occupiers and owners, and businesses in the transport and logistics sectors on their real estate requirements. He also provides strategic advice on landlord and tenant matters, ensuring clients achieve commercially advantageous outcomes in lease negotiations.
In addition, Christian has extensive experience in providing real estate advice on M&A transaction and real estate finance, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
