Chrisjoined HFW’s Singapore Shipping practice in 2019 as a Consultant.
Arenowned former shipbroker, he has almost 50 years’ experience in the shippingindustry, specialising in newbuilding and sale and purchase broking.
Basedin Singapore since 1982, Chris has a wealth of knowledge of the diverse Asianmarkets and is a well-known figure in the Singapore shipping community inparticular.
Chris’sskills and knowledge further strengthen HFW’s established, dedicated shipclosing offering; our Singapore office handles, on average, 200-250 shipclosings a year.
Additionally,Chris’s expertise with past and current freight rates and his ability toundertake valuation work offers valuable insight that complements our legaloffering to our clients operating in the maritime industry.
Chris has also worked as anexpert witness in London and Singapore and was a licenced ship valuer.
