Chelsea is an associate in our Property and Real Estate team in the Sydney office. Chelsea has extensive experience in a range of land acquisitions and disposals, commercial and retail leasing, leaseback arrangements and legal due diligence for private sector clients across Australia.

Chelsea can advise on the entire property process – from due diligence, to acquisition, development, titling and disposal. Chelsea’s familiarity with residential, commercial/retail and mixed-use property work coupled with previous legal experience in banking and finance and corporate law, enables her to work alongside a diverse client base.
