Ben handles dust, disease, maritime worker’s compensation, and common law injury matters.

Since gaining admission to practice in Victoria in 2005, Ben has worked as a specialist insurance practitioner with a particular focus on personal injury and seaman’s workers’ compensation.

Ben has conducted litigation in all Victorian State Courts, the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and the High Court. Ben also regularly appears before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Ben’s career highlights include McIvor v National Mutual Life Association of Australia [2006] VSC 437 and Gunnersen & Anor v Henwood & Anor [2011] VSC 440.
