About Ashleigh
Ashleigh has worked on various corporate and commercial matters involving clients in the energy, projects, shipping and logistics sectors. Ashleigh advises on mergers & acquisitions, the sale and purchase of energy security assets and infrastructure projects relating to ports, terminals FSRUs and carbon capture. Ashleigh has worked with clients and on projects in the UK, the US, China, the Middle East and Africa, and completed a secondment at HFW’s Dubai office.
Ashleigh is a qualified lawyer in England and Wales and speaks conversational Mandarin and French.
Ashleigh’s work includes:
- Advising Apollo-controlled Energos Floating Infrastructure Holdings on a complex purchase of two closed-loop FSRUs from Greek shipowners, Dynagas Ltd, currently under long-term time charters with the German government
- Advising a US publicly listed energy company on joint venture to provide CO2 shipping, storage and injection solutions
- Advising a Middle East listed infrastructure company on the construction, operating and management of new port developments throughout the Middle East and Africa
- Advising a publicly listed Chinese oil and gas exploration and refining company on the submission of a bid for the Beatrice Decommissioning Programme in the Beatrice Field in the outer Moray Firth
- Advising a European state-owned energy terminal on the acquisition, operating and management of an FSRU from a leading international operator
