About Arnaud
Arnaud is a Partner in HFW’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Paris. He specialises in restructuring and insolvency law, advising clients across the full spectrum of situations, from early-stage distress prevention to formal insolvency proceedings.
He supports directors, shareholders, industrial and financial partners, investors and creditors in navigating complex and sensitive situations involving distressed businesses. His experience enables him to deliver clear, pragmatic and forward-looking advice in what is often a highly technical and opaque area, developing tailored strategies adapted to both investors and companies in difficulty.
Arnaud is also recognised for his ability to lead and coordinate cross-border mandates for an international client base, ensuring seamless management of multi-jurisdictional restructuring matters.
In addition, he advises on security interests, including sophisticated fiduciary arrangements such as fiducie-gestion and fiducie-sûreté.
Arnaud recently joined HFW Paris as part of the firm’s restructuring practice. A former member of the Bar Council of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar, he is also a board member of TMA France (Turnaround Management Association) and sits on the Conference & Sponsorship Committee of TMA Europe.
