Antony has over 30 years of experience in advising clients on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes, commercial and corporate disputes, including arbitration, litigation, expert appraisal, expert determination, mediation and adjudication.

• Acting for international engineering consortia in an international arbitration arising from the design of a State significant light rail project in NSW;
• Acting for one of the world’s largest port operators prosecuting claims in respect to the construction of container port facilities in NSW;
• Acting for one of Australia’s largest contractors in defending cross border claims in Victoria, NSW and Queensland arising from the high profile insolvency of one of Australia’s largest services subcontractors;
• Acting for an international engineering consultant in the defence of allegations of deficient services across Victoria, NSW and Queensland and multiple different projects;
