About Anisha
Anisha is a Partner in the Shipping team.
Anisha advises clients across international trade, transport, energy and finance on the full lifecycle of their assets and operations, including project and infrastructure contracts, shipbuilding, cross-border financing, derivatives, corporate and operational structuring, disputes, enforcement, recycling and decommissioning. She provides seamless coverage across common and civil law systems.
She has particular expertise in ESG strategy, sustainable finance and the energy transition, advising on EU and international regulatory frameworks and their implementation, from financing strategy through to operational delivery.
Before joining HFW as a Partner, Anisha spent five years as Senior Counsel at a leading international shipping, logistics and cruise conglomerate, advising senior management. This experience strengthened her commercial acumen and enables her to deliver efficient, turnkey solutions aligned with board priorities and commercial realities.
Anisha is a Global Board Member of the Mission to Seafarers.
She began her career within the shipping and international trade sectors before training and practising with HFW in London and Paris.
She is qualified in England and Wales, France and New York.
