Andrzej is a Senior Associate at HFW in the finance and transactional team in Dubai.

Andrzej has worked for a wide range of banks and international clients on a variety of LNG, ship finance and other finance transactions.

Andrzej advises on various types of commercial shipping contracts including sale and purchase, shipbuilding contracts, ship registration and charterparties. He also regularly advises on transactions involving registration and discharge of mortgages and other security agreements in the UAE and abroad.

Andrzej is part of the firm’s LNG working group.

Along with Tien Tai, Andrzej contributed the UAE chapter of Getting the Deal Through Ship Finance Handbook 2023, which contains international insights into all areas of finance and vessel ownership affecting the international shipping industry. It is available to download by clicking here.
